Personally I'd recommend to anyone wanting to reroll to just make a new character for their character build ideas, you can have as many as you want.

Yes, but since you can't be in the same corp with an alt, that's not necessarily the best course of action. Plus, if you've got a decent amount of money, it can be much easier to start over with the same character, since you can pick up better armor and whatever weapons you need (or use what you already have), and you'll still have the same apartment with all your stuff. Of course, since you lose everything you've done to the character, you should be quite certain you don't want to keep playing with it before you reroll.

According to Tahin, the best cocoon you can buy are blue cocoons which are sold at Botany. :<
He also told me red cocoons take 3 rubies, so it would be a bitch to make the better black cocoon.

Also remember its effective xp and not total which determines cocoon effectiveness. Your quite likely to have 12k total and only 3-4k effective due to journals and jobs and such.

Shortly before the pwipe, you could buy red cocoons in the necropolis. There was a shop there catering to freaks, aboms, and whatever else wandered in that sold them. Dunno about now...

Wow, I think I lost count of the amount of times I almost died. And I did die! Once. But that was okay. It was fighting off two sharks, a stingray and a crocodile that was not okay, although I did get away.
