Not really.  They'll probably just be angry at us for overusing it so almost every disease becomes immune to it.

Probably won't be too long till penicillin is completely useless.

If doctors were a bit more responsible with antibiotics, maybe we wouldnt have such problems.

Two things that totally bug me are

1) doctors prescribing antibiotics for every fucking thing.
2) doctors not explaining to patients how they are responsible for EVERYBODIES health when taking antibiotics. You stopped taking your pills because you felt better? Grats, you used your body as a friggin petri dish, and others will have to pay for it, too!

I never had a doc giving me the whole speech, so I assume they wouldnt explain to other patients, either.

I like seeing all the pain-killer druggies going to get there fix while I sit in the waiting room with a mangled hand.   

It happened to me last year in May, I smashed my hand doin' football.

Luckily I am too much of a wimp about illness to have ever done this, but I have also never had a doctor make sure I knew not to.

Over here they usually at least tell you to take the package til it's done just as prescribed, but they dont tell you WHY, which I thought was bad enough... but not even telling patients it's important to finish the package is even worse!
