"Okay fine, get over here..."

Sofia takes a drink, finishing the bottle. She throws it against the wall, shattering it.

The Lich walks over.

[Gunner-Chan]

"Sit, please."

[TheNewerMartianEmperor]

The Lich sits down, but stays on his guard. He knows Sofia's homicidal tendencies all too well.

[Gunner-Chan]

Sofia opens her jacket a bit and slides her hand inside a pocket, she pulls out a photo and throws it on the bar.

"Look"

The picture shows Sofia in the uniform she was wearing earlier next to a girl in a pair of coveralls and a messy bandanna. The other girl is wearing what appears to be Sofia's goggles on her head. They both are standing in front of what appears to be a tank of sorts, both are obviously very happy about something.

The lich takes it in for a moment.

"Hmm... That's your sister isn't it?"

[Gunner-Chan]

"Yeah, she loved these things so much, I never quite got it."

Sofia takes the goggles off her head and places them on the bar.

"She was a mechanic so I guess they were helpful, but I honestly don't have a use for them. The thought of them going missing or being taken though..."

Sofia holds the goggles against her chest.

[TheNewerMartianEmperor]

"Yeah, I can understand that. I own many things that were given to me, for various reasons, by people I've cared for."

The Lich takes out a small trinket, resembling a golden sun with a book emblazoned on it.

"This was given to me for something I have no end of regret for, but I've always kept it. I'm not sure why, but it's my favorite. I keep it as a reminder of how messed up the universes can be"

It must be nice to remember stuff like that without worrying that you'll forget it.


Strife shuffles off into the service area.

[Gunner-Chan]

Sofia turns to face the Lich.

"So then... What did you do for it then?"

Sofia puts the shotgun on the table so she doesn't have to hold it anymore.

"I need a drink, and not a cask of Butcher's Blood to be found in the place. Strife, if that is your name, what host are you that you do not provide for the needs of your guests? Clearly my presence here is unexpected, but still - if you are at your strongest, surely you can create food and drink for a poor guest!"

[Armok]

"Sofia, about your sister, I don't know if you heard before..."

[Gunner-Chan]

Sofia drops her head and rests it on her hand

"Armok... Please... I... I can't bear to see her again. It's my fault she died... Just... Leave it."

The Lich awakens from reminiscing.

"You want to know what I did? ...How should I put this... You know the afterlife, right?"

[Luke_Prowler]

Luke tapped Deadly shoulders to catch his attention, then pointed out the large table of assorted food and the open bar stocked with more booze that can be filled into a pool.

"Good sir, there is enough food and drink here to make a tryanid happy. What are you complaining about?"

Luke was not going to tell Strife that he was the one that let the Orks in, mostly because he was unsure what he would do if he did.
