The Fire is still there. The Lich is ancient enough to qualify as an abyss of time. Trying to affect his personal timestream is much like trying to grab something at the bottom of a bottomless bucket. Pretty much impossible, and if you aren't careful, you might fall in.

Little laughs as Anthony strides forward and tightly hugs her. Little hugs him back, saying, "Missed you. Shit, you almost got nailed before we made it out of France. We all needed a break after that."

Little looks over Anthony's shoulder at Sof with a grin on her face as she says, "No, Sof. He's my friend. No killing him."


Anthony nods and very respectfully hugs Little. Some light grabbing of her ass, he didn't want to lose a finger over squeezing a bit tighter. She wasn't going to have him killed, but her girlfriend seemed like a bit of a bitch. Anthony bet she'd be great in bed, though...
