It has. I demand to be the wee pokemon that you have to catch your dad's friend's nephew or something. To get it, walk around the grass where you have to catch what's his face his thingymajig before you actually go to catch it. Once caught it knows only growl, so it is technically impossible for what's his face to actually do anything without spending a fortune on rare candy. You, on the other hand, can simply have it in first place and swap it out for a few wild pokemon battles until it learns confusion(?). Once you've reached that, it's easy sailing.
Yeah, the soulsucking shell of a pokemon rocks something hard. Evolves level 20, from nincada? Holycrap I remembered that. Also, have to have a free slot! What ▲ said.

I had no idea that that happened when I got it. I just happened to have an empty slot whilst exp. share'ing nincada in the pokemon league. I was all like; WTF HAX?
It is rather unpredictable though. All or nothing.

Sure they have. Except in the first place you see them they only know the move teleport and have a speed of a bazillion so even if the RNG loves you you ain't gonna catch one till A) you go further to a place where they know another move which they sometimes use or B)you get a level 40 pokemon with a higher speed.
The NPCs in the games are abit retarded tough.. They do not know that Pokemon eggs comes from pokemon!
That is great, right? Every game, since, like, gold/silver, there is a sub-quest go visit proffesor [NAME] and get the MYSTERIOUS EGG. Those proffesors really need to improve their communication skillz
