I think it includes pressing alt or ctrl with print screen (this should make it so it only makes a copy of the screen active).  Then you just need to paste it in something and upload it.

my VBA comes with a screencapture function. i use that.

Upload it how? Can't I just  upload it directly to image shack or something?

I did Alt+Printscreen and another with ctrl, but nothings happening.

i thought it was just Ctrl printscreen.

You have to go into something like word or notepad (something that can hold it) and right click.  It should allow you to press paste.  If it doesn't, you might need to try again.

Not notepad. If you have a windows computer, you DO have Paint.  Even the school computers have paint.
