It is Toronto... Suffice it to say it is derogatory. (though it is more Canadian joke then American... though yeah Canada is in North America)

I really don't understand TOO much of the hatred towards Toronto but I guess it is like New York.

But canada hasn't been besieged yet, so my hopes are slim.

Anyway, i wound't mind roaming an endless wasteland in power armor shooting oversized lizards, insects and whatnot.
