who would believe that some girl in the hallway gave him that? drew confirmed that the evidence was forged. phoenix presented it. the rest is history. if we hadn't seen the scene with the girl even I would have believed that phoenix had the evidence forged.

Yeah, but Vacant clearly looked guilty when he saw that evidence.  Plus anyway, Misham makes EXACT forges, so that piece of evidence was basically the real thing.  What does it matter if it's an IDENTICAL copy?

I'd say proof is the fact that the forger makes exact copies.  That's the proof it was there.  His whole history is he(his daughter) have made exact copies, that should be sufficient--oh wait I forgot rule #5.
