Stickler means to have a facination with something

Because of the term "Stickler for the rules" a lot of people use the term "Stickler" as a short form of that. In fact I have yet to hear Stickler refer to anything but.

I think gumshoe actually refers to how detectives wear gum shoes so criminals won't hear them coming.

Gumshoe from what wikitionary says (yes, I take lots of things from those varients) is a slang term for detective.  Also, Sal Manella is bacteria which can be transmitted through food and he is protrayed to like eating food a lot.  I don't know if thats the pun (or if it even is one) but thats the only connection I could find for him.

It's all cool.  Everything is wacky like usual.
First case was solid, except for sneak being replaced by stole (grammar error).

I just got it, and am on the second case now. I am baffled by the number of incredible quotes this game is providing. (the clouds... they tell me nothing.)

Gumshoe has a whole ton.

"We go around arresting people until we get the right guy."

"Logic...what's that?"

"Hey, Edgeworth couldn't have been the murderer pal!  The only one with the key was me!
Wait.  That doesn't sound right."

Most of these quotes aren't exacts, but I don't want to go back and check.
