every man faps to every person he knows/likes. I've done that for about 2 girls that I've liked really, and it's because they have big boobs. 'Nuff said amirite?

Fable 2 would be something like that.
But that's only the maker's dream, anyway.

depends on what you mean, really.  DF, as of now, does not have a living world in gameplay.  world events only occur during worldgen, everything else is local to your adventurer or your fort.

Mount and Blade has a living world, and you can probably play it for at least a week (some people for significantly longer) before you get bothered by the fact that there isnt really any game to it.

the X series have living worlds, though some folks complain that not as much happens in the world as they would like.

almost all MMOs do, though those with persistant worlds usually dont have CHANGING worlds.  a game like Warhammer will let territory and cities change hands.  EVE has a completely dynamic player driven world which is constantly in flux.

games of the nature you describe are pretty rare, though im sure some people can name more.  i'd like to hear of a few myself.

Then again, I consider Infinity to be overly ambitious, something that might easily spell it's downfall.

Rule 1:  don't die
Rule 2:  see Rule 1

In that way it is a very 'living' game.

Did you read?

He's saying he knows of it, maybe applied for it, but is not playing. You don't need to mention it again to him. Neither am I disagreeing with you about it being a living game, I've played it.

yes I agree with you about its living world , but when you sign up you must be born and currently there are about 558 or something people in line so , it will be awhile before I get born depending on daily birth rates (real world) .

so in DF once world gen has stopped no more events continue to happen ? is there anyway to resume the worldgen after I have played a adventure mode then retired him in a town so I could go back and look what he has done ?

if anyone knows I would appreciate it . also I will keep looking for games like the topic suggests and update if I find any

I was born in there, I think I was in the first 100 people to be born.

Of course I was helpless, unable to get any food and died. Poor little thing.

Does anything think this game is fun? I sure didnt see much to it, but no offense the tha maker! Just not my kind of thing.

It's average.

A diversion at best.

The gameplay is average, but the concept is good enough.
