The 3-loss rule:
As a way to weed out the dwarves with bad equipment choices, if a dwarf loses 3 times in a row to dwarves their rank or under, that dwarf stays dead. The owner of the dwarf will be free to request another.

It keeps track of your 3-loss rule count. If you win a match, it resets to 0.

Labs: You pm'ed me about if you could change your equipment but you never requested anything after, are you leaving things be for now?

I also still need confirmation from Remalle and Kenken. Remalle looks to be away right now so i'll probably save his match for last.

Damn it speardwarves! This isn’t even a fight, it’s two dwarves taking turns jabbing each other with pointy-ended sticks until one dies. Well, it looks like we got our first 2nd Degree Speardwarf. You have a good 200 additional turtles to spend. Nanothnir gained an attribute point in toughness.

You can not defeat The Tooninator!

Rysith says otherwise. Hows the Arm by the way, ever get it back down from the third level???

Hah. I defeated ToonyMan, but I'm fairly sure that The Tooninator, ToonyMan's dwarf from Lanternwebs, would be able to kill everyone in the tournament at the same time without breaking a sweat. He's at the point where he can comfortably engage a squad of Orcs on his own. To roughly quote 8-bit theater, he can block any attack and kill anything that bleeds.

Speaking of which (vaguely), any chance of being able to pull of team battles, or would it just end up as a grand melee? It seems like changing one team's civ to the goblins or something might do it.

Royal rumble type deals are something i'd like to do (like the warrior lodge thing), but as far as teams go it won't work. I've been able to get team fights to work in tests, but that was only between dwarves who never fought before. After their first fight their behaviour becomes unpredictable around other dwarves.

Btw, if you're one of the winners of these fights and are now 2nd Degree warrior it would be helpful to get your equipment choices soon. Depending on how I decide to pick the two dwarves who will fight for a chance to fight Rysith it might move faster if I can get everyones changes.

Nice battle here, would have been a good commentated fight. Urist beats on Diego for a bit, Diego uses his newfound strength (attribute) to break Urists’ arm and make him lose his shield, Urist recovers with his newfound toughness (attribute) to beat the living hell out of Diego without a shield. The better hammerdwarf wins as Urist McHammerdwarf becomes a 2nd Degree Hammerdwarf, earning 200☼.
