Let's Play King's Quest I

I want to have fun with this, being my first LP, so let's do this!  I'm surprised noone has down a Quest yet (if one has, I'm sorry).  I might make a series out of this.

OH YEAH LET'S DO THIS, YOU ARE THE PLAYER SO YOU MAKE THE DECISIONS.  HELL YEAH I'M PUMPED!!!

I have this game, played it for hours, but I never did bother to go into the castle.  :-[

It said I couldn't kneel, but I was able to talk to him.  It seems we need to get three awesome artifacts.


EDIT:  Also, try not to cheat(use a guide) unless you've beaten it before, it's less fun.

I beat it once but it's been a few years; I'll mostly be quiet.

After loading it up again, the commands I should have said were "Say hi" and "Bow king." "Kneel king" tells you that the custom is to bow.

Now, who in their right minds types in "Bow king" for +3 points?

Edit - Typo

Edit2 - I never thought I'd hear somebody say that Sierra adventure games are more fun without a guide.
