Mind Screw Mafia (shot and killed)

(eh, what the heck.)

Ahem... Welcome at my first attempt at modding a mafia game. Considering my update policies this project is probably doomed from the start, but then again, a mafia game may be less work than, say, a RtD. You don't have to be creative, for one.

As in the title, nine player-slots. I hope enough players will sign up. Approx. 48h day, 24h night. No PM communication except for the mafia. Roles won't be listed, as that one would defeat the purpose. And, this is called Mind Screw Mafia for a reason. Bastard modding may be included.

I think it'd be better to just throw him in a pit.
By pit I mean "ledge designated as pit some 30 levels above the ground water magma" and that would,as they say be the end of that.
Unless a sword/axedwarf gets to 'em.. then it's rhesus pieces...

1) Have you played any mafia games besides what you played in Bay12?
2) Have you looked at mafiawiki?
3) I recommend you read articles from this link Modding
4) Take good care of game balance.  Everyone should be able to win.  Mass claim should not be a viable option for town.  Avoid game breaking strategies.
5) It IS work if you wanna be a good mod.  You Post votecounts.  You are active.

What will you do if someone is not active in a night/day?

defeat the purpose, huh?  Ok.  But you could give a general idea of what it can be...
anyway... Bastard mod means that the Mod may lie or misdirect so saying that Bastard modding may be included is just redundant.

I won't join right now because I can't handle many games right now.  But good luck.

PS:  The fact that I make a Bastard game and you decide to make another at the same time is uncool  :-\

1) No. Read a couple of games in another forum but that's it.
2) Yes. Read extensively.
3) Did do iirc
4) Worked on it a bit. I won't spoil what I did to prevent mass roleclaims :) Will look over it once again though. In case nothing else helps, I may resort to divine actions. But, yeah, I should probably tweak the roles a bit.
5) Meh, should work out.

If someone is not active, they're a burden to their team. I may send PMs, they're usually effective.
A general idea? Sorry, the only thing I can say is that there are no ordinary civilians. Lies and misdirection is, mainly... well, find out for yourself, will ya?

This makes me wanna in and try massclaim straight off the bat.

A good advice is to have at least repeated roles or something... Or roles that have no way of proving their town allignment.

Hur hur hur... I've planned something there. Alas, I can't tell you... But I think that the mafia will get a role that can kill people if it knows their (real) role.
