1. how do I take a screen shot of say a battle in legends I would like to shar then post as a spoiler ?

2. and how do I look at an npc stats ? I know how to look at there equiptment but I mean to see if they have legendary strength or see if there very tough or agile ?

When you save it, I would suggest saving it as nameofpicture.png. Sometimes other file types are better, but for the purposes of DF screenshots you'll want to use that.

As for which site you upload to, Tinypic is quick and easy to use, while Photobucket is better for long-term storage. Both of them give you links that come with their own IMG tags.
