Doesn't matter. One is the other.
If I know everything, then I know how to give myself ultimate power. If I can do anything, then I can give myself the ability to know everything.

Yes or no to the above.

No. You may know how you could become omnipotent, but that doesn't mean you have the capability to become omnipotent. If I knew how I could turn Mars purple it doesn't mean I can. But anyway.

Purple Mars, Awesome or no.

An awe inspiring mix of all shades.

Instant regeneration(no energy or nutrient cost) or inability to be harmed?

Imagine a cool peice of sky-blue and milk-white marble about 3cm by 2cm and by 0.5cm, containing a tiny 2mm malacolite crystal. Now imagine the miles of metamorphic rock it's embedded in that no pick or chisel will ever touch. Then, imagine that those miles will melt back into their mantle long before any telescope even refracts an image of their planet. The watchers will be so excited to have that image too.

Inability to be harmed. Quoted from Wolverine in the third X-Men film, "Regenerate that."

Wolverine is actually a considerably tougher opponent. Spidey is a bit faster, but Wolverine is no slouch in the speed department, and would only have to land one hit to kill the wall crawler.

Steel.

Tough one. Because the second you name one, the other will turn you into a fine red mist.

Me or I in team?
