I would like to request a prize for all participants. I'd like to see my submission rendered in the new visualizer. VMware doesn't support OpenGL 2.0 shaders, so I can't run it, but I'd really like to see how it looks.

Clear glass windows or better, natch.

That would actually be pretty cool, though I don't think I've ever made clear glass (or steel) in the 8 months I've been playing.

The adjudications are nearly complete, I hope?

I'll also put in a future suggestion for a nanofortress. The limited time really lends itself to what you can do in a limited space.

sorry to one and all - feel awful for not having been quicker. i am in the process of writing up my scoring to ping to solifuge. i viewed all the fortresses last weekend but then had a week away being charitable which left me completely away from a computer. i'm back now, and as i said, doing the write up. sorry for the delay, hope no one is too peeved.

I handed in my results a few days ago.

Yay for having far too much spare time!

I can't wait to hear on what you guys thought about my fortress. I know that it was never finished but it was a new challange for me. God that was a chore to type, I'm stuck in bed with an sore back and am using my PSP to use the net cause I can't sleep.

my results are now in - it was a tightly fought (no pun intended) contest in my view - while some fortresses were more awe-inspiring that others, getting down into the detail as best i could i began to see the sheer effort each contender had spent in their attempts - very, very impressive.
