So, a few years ago, I made a forum. Since then, I've tried to revive it many times, but its basically refused to stay alive. So we have a place, mostly empty, but for a few dedicated posters.
The point of the forum is to create things. There are three sections: Planets, Worlds, and Realms.
In Planets, people create sci-fi stories, planets, civilizations, etc. and interact with other people's creations in RPs.
In Realms, people create a realm in a patchwork fantasy world (NO dwarves, elves, etc. All races must be original (at least on the surface)) which then interacts with other realms. The tech level is whatever you want it to be, barring any type of space travel or advanced electronics (Steampunk cities galore!)
Worlds is an everything else. People create stories and places that aren't connected to anyone else's creations.
Over time, people have built up quite interesting settings and intrigues. Unfortunately, there hasn't been much in terms of interaction. Here are some examples of what people have made (1st and 3rd are me (I'm Hyperion)):
