Hi all,

I watched through the excellent video tutorial by Capt. Duck on youtube (great work man).  At one point he suggests to press 'x' to get a list of specific buildings so you can pick the best quality building and keep your nobles happy. Pressing 'x' to expand the list of buildings to pick a higher quality one doesn't work for me. 

When placing a building, how do you display a list to select a specific building of higher quality?

Far as I know, you can't. You raise the value of buildings with high-quality furniture, and smoothing and engraving walls.

to say, build a bed, you press 'b'->'b'->'x' and you should see the individual beds that you have that are avaliable to be constructed there

Thanks for the help; I didn't realize that I needed to place the bed before I could expand the list:

So I needed to do 'b'->'b'->enter (to place the bed) -> 'x'

When you press b it brings up the build command, and then press b again to bring up bed. It should have a list of the different material beds you have and how many of each, press x. This will show you the list of each individual bed. Scroll through and press V on them and see which ones have the highest value. Press enter on the good one and it will build your bed best fit for your noble.
