I'll be leaving for Lebanon on the seventh of July, and staying there untill August. Things I'm looking forward to:
-Nice cool weather (19-20^oC compared to 45^oC here)
-internet might be better there

Things I'm not looking forward to:
-Isolation
-Minute danger of invasion
-Mosquitos
-My parent's idea of fun
-inevatable hell on earth

Hopefully, I'll get into Washington University by the end of the year, and I look forward to taking summer classes to keep away from my parents.

You should go to the top of the mountains and live there and eat mountain goats and live off the land. That way you will be immune to the:

-Mosquitos
-My parent's idea of fun

Sorta ironic how i was looking forward to my college break, and now i'm bored to death.

I've been building all sorts of shit out of entirely wooden components (unless it is absolutely necessary to do otherwise, like needing a string). I've made a ballista (with some sort of undefined cable), a crossbow (with some sort of undefined cable) and a trebuchet (with a shoe-string and leather sling). Next up is a catapult. I'm going to build a couple of plywood huts in my back yard with foam people, and go to town with my toys.

With that off my plate I am, naturally, trying to decide which of four different forum game ideas I'd like to shipwreck the next three months of my free time on.

That sounds familiar.  Though it's less of my time shipwrecking and more of the forum game, but to each his own.

Otherwise, running through a summer college class and playing some S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Skies.  I'd forgotten how much I'd gotten into the last one, so it's proving to be..  Interesting.
