Hello

I don't have any water on my map  Is there anything I can do to help my injured dwarfs recover? Alchemy maybe?

Seriously. They're gonna die.

Unless you have magma and ice, in which case you can make an ice stockpile on a constructed "basin" above magma, which will melt the ice for you into water. Use the "i" key to designate the resulting pond as a water source; boom, victory.

If you have no water, then wounded dwarves have until they die of dehydration to recover from their wounds.

You may be able to keep your dwarves alive by keeping them from trying to rest; some injuries can be "worked around" (e.g. a broken hand does not require bed rest, though the dwarf will do so if there's a spare bed available). As long as they are up and about, they'll drink booze.

disassemble all of the dwarves' beds, they can sometimes stay up and about and go to the booze stockpile.
