This is a forum roleplay thread, based of the various things that spontaneously pop up here as well as other threads like this etc.
It is ROLEPLAY ENFORCED, and your character is your forum persona, not a char made for this thread specifically, generally it's based of your avatar and/or name. You will have all memories from forum happenings etc.
The thread is the room described in this post, and the room is the thread.
Feel free to introduce items thou, especially those that are metaphors for things on the forum.
I encourage heavy roleplay, Mary-sueing, overly dramatic behaviour, and long navel-gazing monologues etc.
This rules post might be changed or expanded later, if found necessary.
Forbidden things:
NO images, or this will end up TO much like VN.
NO zombies, in fact no fighting, this is a non PvP zone.
From the expanses of the Finally Section, you have descended into the depths of Forum Games and Roleplay, searching those marble halls you find an interesting thread called "RP once more: Of Hugs, Nostalgia, and Forum Nonsense.", you deicide to pay it a visit.
You walk through a long and winding tunnel, and bit by bit the nature of the rock changes, from before being smoothed white stone, it becomes rough such, the marble gradually gives away to another material, the nature of which is unsure, it reminds of metal? ice? rubber? rock? you cant tell, other than that its smooth, pastel green, and slightly translucent.
At the end of the passage you exit into a large room.
It's a cavernous hall, reminiscent in scale and structure of a cathedral, carved out of the surrounding material by running water. there are gigantic structures resembling stalagmites or icicles. The room is lit by a awe-inspiring if slightly tacky collection of pulsing, multicoloured stars that hover near the roof, although they are helped a bit in tricky spaces by large candles protruding from the floor. Across the hall hangs a giant banner informing you that indeed you have come to "RP once more: Of Hugs, Nostalgia, and Forum Nonsense.".
Fine art is covering the walls, and on the floor are several statue gardens, there are also a few gazebos strewn about.
Most of the floor is however furnished as that of an oversized Victorian livingroom, in a theme of very dark wood and blood-red silk. Another thing to notice is the various scientific and communication equipment strewn about, as well as large piles of what can best be described as "random stuff". the general expression is that of being messy, overstocked, and a futile attempt at sophistication.
Oh, and did I mention the various booze-based, Taj Mahal style waterworks? There are a lot of them strewn about.
The only current resident is Armok:
Nonchalantly in a very caty pose best described as "smeared" on a psychologists-coach near the entrance, his current avatar looks like he gave up on holding back: A black cat, slightly anthropomorphic, about hobbit-sized, whit 4 arms and about half as many legs, and a tail slightly longer than the body, oversized, animesque head, eyes that looks like the answer to "How many Hollywood pyrotechnics does it take to screw in a light bulb?", claws and teeth made from steel as usual. but this time the steel is not stainless and indeed there are some faint stylish traces of rust, and the claws and teeth are slightly oversized, I could go on but you probably get the point by now. He is wearing a single piece thing that looks like the bastard son of a trenchcoat, a hooded tunic, and a rainbow. His current smile is slightly more "kavai((sp?))" than "cute", which is probably to blame on someone showing him anime again, or maybe it's just to fit the style of the body.
