Scamps + Rope Reed bag + Fire

Well, maybe not quite scamps, but, I had rope reed-like bag, a sticker saying "Carelessness can cause fire" and a kitten. Which looks like Scamps.

What was I supposed to do?

I've never had a problem with Catsplosions. I've got space in the house for a few more.
