I don't really have strong bounds whit ANY persona, the reason this one has slightly more bound is because it's self-chosen rather than randomly generated, and thus can actually say something about me, and because I refuse to identify whit a bag of meat. It also helps that I rarely participate in IRL social activities but do a fair amount of social stuff online, and social stuff is what builds the habit of identifying whit external characteristics. Every social interaction that isn't forced upon me is whit this persona, makes the birth name feel more like an assigned ID number than any meaningful name.

I express views similair to Armok. I've used Sonerohi (forgot to capitalize it when I signed up on B12  :'() for everything.

The only reason I've never had any avatars, anywhere, is a lack of a suitable one. I need one that looks... all-emotional. If someone told you it was angry, you would be able to look at it and it would look angry, but if someone had told you it was happy, it would genuinely be able to look both at the same time. Then I could just say my emotion as I posted and people could associate the emotion to the face. Otherwise, I find that avatars seem to lend a bit to how people envision your emotion and voice, which can lead to misinterpratations, which would be most unwelcome.

Pale, because all you damn Europeans are pale.

Anyway, the only avatars I've had was this monster thingy standing on a hill and this pink dorf avatar. I have had thoughts on changing it before, some of the ideas were a frog king with sunglasses, a 16-bit dwarf or maybe Curly Brace from Cave Story!

I'm here from work so I turned avatars off long ago.

So I only see them when I click on profiles, and I don't have one myself :(

I have had this one ever since avatars were added to the forum.

Though I did have it a darker color at one time, because when I stole the D from one of my forts I accidentally grabbed a regular swordsdracon instead of a swordmaster.

This forum is the first place I ever had an avatar.  Once I started playing on steam regularly I got some dragon icon for that.  But those are the only 2 places I bother with an avatar.

I am also Greiger everywhere else on the internet.  The only place I use a different name is within the hl2 mod Eternal Silence, where I go by Alpha One.  Just because the game reminds me so much of Freespace.
