Mid - autumn, we had a birth so up to 200 dwarves, have sucsessfully traded with dwarves, most projects are complete, just need to be tested out and a last few finishing touches added.

Alright, that is pretty cool.  Aside from Christes with his maze of madness, I gotta say that damming off the brook was a pretty crazy and awesome thing to do.  Also, why didn't you just dump the excess stone into the lava?

fyi that obsidian factory will only work once--you can't get rid of the floors that will be created without deconstructing the bridges.

good work in general, tho.  one of you guys with the levels just above or below the main one need to put in a pillbox in front of the entrance, something above grounders can build off of

The bridges aren't really neccesary, you can just pour in the magma and then pour in the water over it.. And Dumping it in magma would take to much weird walking over that maze over the magma pipe that japa made.

I exist!! Life as been speratic lately, with college starting and every thing.

I even completely forgot about this game recently.

Let me download it and see how it runs, I don't know if this computer can handle 200 dwarves, I have never broke the 100 mark on my game.

Uhhh, yeah, I forgot how to set up other peoples saves into my own computer, brilliant! ... /me looks up dwarf fortress wiki...
I hope this runs well enough, even if I have it simply in the background as I do it, with math at the foreground...

... Yeah the wiki helped tons, looked up blood lines, had three links on the search that might have been useful if they didn't just loop back unto the same web page! /foam.

Yeah, it runs if it can be called that, 5-10 Frames per second, hmm... I don't think I'd be able to reach the end of the year with in the week at that speed, even if it's left on over night! Ah well, let's see if I can build upwards at all, otherwise it may be just better to skip me over.

Ok, I have picked my dwarf. I have a lot of fun idea's for the journals, it seems the RNG was in my favor when I glanced at the peasants. I'll write out the first journal thing once I finish my math. (This may be after 8pm here, so it might wait until tomorrow.)
