slowgame is slow?
Yes.  Among other social things.  Don't worry, it'll get done.

Alternately: The Brick Testament. It's a really fun look at what the bible would look like if interpreted literally. With Legos.

Good thing it's slow too.  My flight got cancelled, and I'm getting home tomorrow night, now today. :P

Maybe it'll be half year then, if that's alright - I've been having various issues making progress, including summer reading having cropped up.  If that sounds good I can get a save from the start of autumn.

Also, when you upload your save, can you tell me what your framerate/floor is?

Legon's Journal, Final entry, start of Autumn 129
That's it!  I can't deal with this job anymore!  That dungeon master went and ate my plans for the vault!  She said that she thought they were crepes.  Crepes!  Just what the hell are crepes, I ask you!?  At any rate, I can't continue the construction of the vault's mechanisms.  It's basically just a fancy stockpile for artifacts now.  So much for basement level -3.

At least I got some furnace operator to make some keys for the overseer.  It's strange, it's been a few days, but they're still warm . . . so I call them Hotkeys.  They help the overseer get around more quickly, basically, without allowing civilians to go where they shouldn't.  Say . . . these'd be great to have in the winter . . .

I'm giving up my position, by which I mean I'm finding someone even less intelligent than I am to dupe into taking my job and the Hotkeys.  Hey, here comes someone now . . .

Save (FPS=20-30)
No map unfortunately; I'm having issues with the map program.  Just to be clear, the "Hotkeys" do in fact refer to the (h) function of the game, not an in-game item.

I've got the save.  Right now my vid card is doing strange things to DF, so I'll try to work that out first.

I've started it.  I'm designating my floor to be dug out now so I don't need to worry about it later.

First month is done:

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Just a question: when does my turn end (in-game)?  Should I finish the previous turn and then take a year, or should I just take a year from when I started?

Take the rest of legolords turn and your full turn, so this year, and the enitre next year, saving and uploading as soon as spring arrives. Also, if the human traders come, can you request some whip vine seeds if it's avaible please?
