dig an extremely deep pit and put some stone spikes at the bottom, with a set of stairs leading to the bottom and a door to keep anything inside the pit out.

then just dig another tunnel around the pit, so that you can appear on the other side of it from the werewolves, they will run towards you, punch through the thin earth and be sent hurtling to the bottom of your trap, solving both food problems and your imminent demise
