I'm not going to be doing anything that's been done in MSPA - I'm sure you can all come up with your own amusing way to phrase various things you want the dwarf to do. And the longer he goes without drinking, the more likely he'll actually do them too. ;)

Make a mechanics workshop using the stone. You may need to carve out a little more room however to  have space for it.

Dig out a huge underground room for the entire future fortress, then accidentily flood it by opining up the aquifer.
