I had a fucking crazy dream. It was one of those ones where you can kind of tell that it's the time that you usually wake up, so in your dream you get up and start your morning routine. In my dream, I went through a whole school day, turning in papers, doing homework, taking notes, talking to my teachers. I asked out a girl and she said no, and I suddenly felt a shitload of acne on my face (I just recently beat down my outbreaks, so this distressed me some). I reached up and pawed at my face, and all the pimples just fell off and splatted on the ground. Someone screamed, and I kept pawing at my face. My skin started peeling off like a fruit roll-up, and my arms were on fire. I kept going til my arms were charred and I was pulling away the muscle to show bones, before I jumped out of the window on the second story. When I woke up, I nearly pooped myself.

Wow, man. That's deep. It shows some sort of inner psychological emotion that your brain needed to release.

Had a real lucid dream last night.  That makes a total of 8.

It was another WILD, where I felt like I was flying around.  This time when I stopped flying I was a few feet above my bed, and fell onto it.

I didn't do much though, just tried to get the overhead light to come on, and then I saw a person who was scary looking and it woke me up.

I recently had another lucid dream about Animal Crossing. This one was about me going to the city...
And then Redd chained me to his store ceiling, where I shot fire from my toes and liquid nitrogen from my eyebrows.
Redd was suprised to say the least.
And then I found Bob and we lived happily ever after.

I didn't get any dreams last night, but I did wake up to not only my bedsheets halfway across the room, my nightstand upturned and my mattress ajar, but I woke up in my walk-in closet.

 Odd.

What is your method for WILDing? I've tried dozens of times to no avail.

I've never fully passed out, but having the blood drain out of your head from standing up too fast is pretty trippy.  Everything goes gray, you can't understand what people are saying, and time dilates so you feel like you were there for ten minutes when it was actually less than five seconds.

I get that often. I'm used to the time dilatory aspect, but it does feel like your consciousness is being stretched like an elastic band as voices move away and then back again. It's pretty cool, but you're also kind of blind while doing it and in a trance, so it's not handy in most situations.

The weirdest headrush i had was when i once stood up from a chari quite fast after eating breakfast cereal. I had my bowl in my hand at the time. As i took one step towards the door the greyness happened. I froze, stood there, started to lose control on my hand, as the bowl becamse SUPER heavy. The milk started spilling on the floor. My sister was watching it all and shouting my name at me. Very weird occurance.

Also, with lucid dreaming I half do it. Sometimes if i go to sleep with certain things on my mind I'll dream about them, and realise im dreaming. Knowing its a dream is always such a nice realisation. Then you can go about doing stuff you normally wouldn't, like pulling out all your teeth :D

I had like 4 different dreams last night for some reason, none lucid unfortunately but I did wake myself up from the first one.

Set your alarm to 4 AM or so, preferably one that'll stop after a few seconds and won't go off five minutes later if you don't touch it.  When it wakes you up, don't move at all.  Not even your hands.  If you're lucky, your body will go right back to sleep and you'll WILD.  You'll know it's coming because you'll start to feel like you're on a gently rocking boat.

Also, you know how sometimes if you go back to sleep after being woken up, whatever dream you had will continue, but it'll be fuzzy and you'll still be able to feel your bed?  You can WILD off of that too, by consciously moving into the dream.  It's hard to explain what you do, but you just kind of move your mind forward.  When it happens, you'll know what to do.

I'll try that, once I find a suitable alarm. Thanks.

Reading through this should help: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucid_dream#Induction_methods
So far I have been trying the second WILD method, but as of yet no lucid dreams from it. However, I have noticed considerably more memory of dreams I have had. I can usually remember 1 if not 2 a night, as opposed to maybe once a month before.

Hmm, do most people have blurry dreams? Every single one of my dreams are clear. Also, I have totally insane dreams when I sleep for more than 12 hours, so I try to sleep as long as possible for the most entertaining dreams. I've only lucid dreamed a couple of times, and have had times where I could feel my bed while dreaming.
Some of my dreams are extremely mindwrecking, too. A while back I had this dream that involved this weird fight, standing on a star destroyer fighting some famous person in the sky somewhere on earth. I failed pretty badly, and fell off the star destroyer, beginning to plummet to my death all while feeling very realistic in such a way that I seriously felt I was about to die and had my life flash before my eyes. I realized that I had a parachute and pulled it, but alas, it did not work.
A couple seconds later I was caught in the tractor beam of a second star destroyer, and brought up to a small room with some kind of bureaucrat in charge of prisoner intake. Some stuff happened, spanning a few hours, and eventually he fell asleep. Taking this as an opportunity, I soon found myself strangling this guy to death in vivid detail. The whole strangling thing was extremely real and I had absolutely no idea that I was dreaming, which was even disturbing during the dream. Next, I stripped the guy of his clothes, hid his body, and left the room. After a while and some extremely nerve wracking encounters with guards and whatnot, I arrived at the prison/brig. Thus I proceeded to lead a rebellion as I freed all the slaves, culminating in the commandeering of the ship and getting off the ship, returning safely to my home.
I woke up totally freaked out at the whole strangling the guy to death thing, and that's definitely my most memorable dream ever. I've never achieved anything of value in lucid dreams, as my non-lucid dreams tend to be epic movies like this one.

You'll know it's coming because you'll start to feel like you're on a gently rocking boat.

Sometimes I feel like I'm swinging so fast that I ought to be thrown from my surface. Does anyone else get this?
