Hell yeah.
Bringing back Dark Dystopia.
But it won't be in pixelated form, sadly, bearing the reason why I discontinued the last Dark Dystopia. But DD2 will have a more innovative and in-depth style, along with more of a storyline.
Hope was lost. By the time World War 3 started, everybody had no hope. Everybody knew, they were going to die. The two superpowers, USA and Russia clash. Millions of soldiers were sent across the oceans. Thousands of casualties, both innocent and all. Hundreds of battles across snow, cities, forests, and deserts. And then, came the superweapons. By the time news of weapons launching, it struck awe and fear within everybody. That's, when it started. When, Dark Dystopia started. Soon, hundreds of atomic bombs, exchanging places across the skies. It took not long, before all of USA were obliterated, along with Russia in ruins. Survivors litter the remains of America. Living in rags and barely any shelter, they strive to survive. To repopulate America. But yet, the Russians prevail. With still remaining intact technology, the Russians come to America to rid of the nonbelievers. Dubbed "Cleaners", the Russians come clad in full armor and weapons, ready to kill them. The only people stopping them, are the mutants... This, is Dark Dystopia. This, is life.
The Survivors are the truely patriotic, ready to bring the life back to America. Even though they don't have much weapons and armor, they come in large numbers, ready to fight back the Cleaners back to Russia. But they still have to compete with the mutants. The Survivors are adequately balanced humans, some with mutations, though.
The Cleaners are the Russians who come to America to cleanse of the enemy, soon to repopulate America as Russian territory. They are stronger than the regular human, trained to resist against any diseases and such. Also, they come clad in armor and technology, due to most of Russia being intact for it's large size. But still, even though despite being outnumbered, the Cleaners are trained to be brutal and merciless killing machines, taught from birth to kill until they die.
Mutants are the Zombies of the Apocalypse, being people who were mutated heavily, and considered zombies by regular humans. Even though containing a slight amount of sanity and humanity, they are still considered as outcasts, and are often shot on sight. They still, can be the flesh eating, mindless, and brain hungering war mongers. But as said, there are fairy tales and folk stories about those, worse than zombies, who have been in direct blast of radiation, horribly disfigured and mutated...
But, there is hope among the survivors. A team of highly trained experts. The Patriotic American Super Squad(or PASS). The PASS are a team of survivors who stand out from the rest, showing extreme dedication and true skill. They, as a team, must reunite America, and fight against the Cleaners. They, must earn the trust of the inhabitants of America, and extinguish the control of the Cleaners. This, is the PASS. (Players will be playing as the PASS)
There are several factions within DD2. The PASS can become allies with one, or enemies with one. Either for the extra help, or the greater good of America.
Iron Cult
Iron Cult is like the Brotherhood of Steel. They fight for the technology, and for the glory. They can be both good, and evil, depending on the situation. They find themselves as the true "Americans". Being allies with the IC can give you a extra hand in weapons and armors. Just be sure not to be enemies, because that might be bad...
USSR
Or known as the Cleaners, You start out as automatically enemies. It's somewhat hard to be allies with the Cleaners, but if you do, find yourself probably being hated by the rest of America, since you probably would be traitors anyways. These are the main enemies for the PASS.
Towns
There will be towns that you can ally or make enemies with. Most of the towns will probably be survivor though. I can't name a town, because that'd be kind of too revealing, but still. Towns will often be the safehouses for the PASS, and maybe even the saviors.
