i need a nice animated avatar, but there arent many for chairs...

You should build a moving chair with fake machine guns on it.
Then take a bunch of pictures.
Then add in bullet effects.
Finally, convert it to gif format to get a moving thing.

I would have had a team of drunk dwarves carrying them(basically an underlay), but didn't know how to draw them.

100% MS-paint drawn, GIMP animated(I have 16 MS-paint drawn frames that I converted to a .gif with GIMP)!

You might be able to get the dwarves in there if you make it bigger.
