Agreed. Just post every new turn, including previous turns in that.

a few things that might need working out

what should the extent of digging be per action?
how many actions does assigning animals take? (1 per action? any for 1 action?)
should buildings that need an architecture phase take two actions?

It'd be better for us to decide how long a turn is (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, etc.), and then decide how long everything would take.

I like the idea for a set amount of time for a turn ;). I would vote on 1 week or 1 month for the length of turns

I think that magikarcher as the Gamemaster, should review the turns and if someone did somthing that doesn't seem possible in however much time is assigned, then he should inform the offender so they can change their turn

I personally think that turn lengths should vary, normal fortress turns will be 1 week, but turns for attacks and such will be more like 1 hour. Players should decide on the exact length. As I said before, I am just here to make sure no one cheats, I could care less if you decided beds can be made out of lava. (Though I may start twitching in RAAAAAAAAAGE.)
