Sitting at nearly a week since anyone has posted anything, I pretty much consider this a bust.  Looks like I screwed up pretty bad somewhere.

I'm pretty sure it was something a bit more fundamental, such as making it suitably interesting.

I don't think it was your fault: it just required a bit more vision on our part. Either that, or a clearly-defined goal.

I'm pretty sure the reason it failed was that nobody had any idea where to go with the story.

I was kinda surprised no one suggested killing everyone in the apartment complex, or something similarly violent.  Or just wreaking havoc in general.  But it really didn't get all that far, and the lack of a usable firearm probably discouraged it.

Since you arrived early, head to the nearest coffee shop and look through your cellphone list to see if there's anybody you can trust on it who can offer advice.

Right now I'm considering starting a new 'round' with a scenario that grants a bit more impetus, since the main problem (apparently) is that people aren't sure what to do.  This assumes I can get more interest in this, though.

Heh.  Serves me right to stop checking in on it.  Is there still interest in this running to some degree, or should I consider it dead?
