Good.  Still haven't put in the psychological attributes, though.

EDIT:  To be clear...

Also, something that's new, a temperament needs to be selected for the character.  Though this can vary widely, there are a couple categories...

Bloodlust: When things get messy, how enthusiastic the character is with combat.  A high bloodlust means that they'll generally fight better, but they will also be always closer to the edge, and oftentimes more suspicious.  A low bloodlust can hurt combat ability, but also makes one less suspicious.  After all, if you cringe at the sight of blood, the police aren't as likely to believe you stabbed someone to death.

Composure: How well the character holds together under stress.  Ranging from 'Excellent' where the character is perfectly cold and calm regardless of the situation, or 'Neurotic', where even the slightest stress can send the character into a fit of rage or sadness.  Extreme scores either way have their own advantages and disadvantages, but this will be very responsible for any 'unintended' consequences while out doing things.

Not dead just quite yet..

Since no-one opted for it, probably because I wasn't clear enough, I did some rolls to decide how the character psychological stats would go.

First five:
17
19
14
1
10

61% for bloodlust.  Let's rate it as 'unnerving'.

4
5
17
12
18

51% for composure.  An uninteresting 'Stable'.

As far as I'm concerned, this and any further psychological attributes will be on a percentage scale.  I'd like to have a few people throw some character concepts my way, and whatever happens next I'll roll a die to decide which character sheet goes, though if I choose one that's missing something (like a name) I'll roll to decide which of the sheets which have the missing item are selected.

Personality suggestions can range from 'Character likes birds' or whatever, to more fun things like agoraphobia or just a plain ol' hate for something in particular.  Fears work, too.   If I don't get anything in the next day or two, I might throw in something to keep it interesting, but I'd rather have some input.

I think some brontophobia, fear of loud noises, would have entertaining effects on our bloodletting psycho.

Make every death silent and personal.

A bolt of lightning tearing through the sky (and the thunder that accompanies it) can scare someone with astraphobia.

Astraphobia, also known as Brontophobia, Keraunophobia, or Tonitrophobia, is an abnormal fear of thunder and lightning, a type of a specific phobia. It is quite common in humans (particularly the young), and especially dogs and cats. Ceraunophobia is specifically the fear of thunder, but not lightning.

Symptoms and treatment for astraphobia are similar for that of all other specific phobias.

So, just a fear of loud noises, a fear of *any* noise, or just a fear of lightning/thunder?  All have a good chunk of potential.

I name my suggestion for a Celtic hero, Bran the Blessed. If you use him give him appropriate psychological traits.

How's it progressing Golgath?
I'm not really all that willing to start anything up until there's more interest, or at least some more clear personality choices.  Just starting with a generic character will be uninteresting, and starting with some sort of random mashup wouldn't feel right.  Anyway, I'll throw up the startgame scenario if you'd like.  It's easy writing for me, I just need to know exactly the sort of character I'm writing it for.

EDIT: Once again, let me clarify.  I need dead-set personality traits, not amorphous 'Well, this could be neat.'  I need some absolutes so I can start this up.  For example, should we just go with a fear of loud noises, and start it up with the other things?

What's the start scenario?
The character is inserted into a stressful situation, in a place that they don't know very well.  You can suggest an overall difficulty level if it floats your boat, but that won't have much of an impact until the next game.  The full writeup needs the personality, because I'll be doing the checks within it to decide how things go initially.

EDIT: Sorry if it's a bit...  Sketchy.  I have a lot more then that.  I know exactly what I'm going to do, but I don't want to spoil it too soon.

Edit once more: So, nothing?  I don't want this to slip into the darkness again.  I could start it today if I got some solid personality traits.  C'mon, people.

Impatient GM is impatient.  I'm going to put together a final character.  I'll double-post so you all can see it and hopefully tell me whether I screwed up or not.

Paranoid vote sounds good.  I'll put it in if anyone else shows interest.  As for crazy...  More bloodthirsty, more prone to freaking out?  How so, exactly?
