Have none of you seen this before?  It's only aired on TV like a million times.  It's William Shatner at his finest.

Let's see Patrick Stewart slow-fight a loinclothed Godzilla.  Where's your Shakespeare now old man?

Actually, I've never seen the original star-trek, or any of the others (I've seen a bit of voyager and enterprise but thats it)

Yeah, I also haven't seen the original Star Trek movies...after I've seen this "battle scene" [lol  ;D], I can safely say that I haven't missed anything.  ;D

Most of the original movies we're nowhere near as bad, because they had an actual budget to work with instead of cramming everything into a week of shooting in Shatner's garage.  Except the one where they make the requisite time travel journey back to contemporary California.

Okay, they we're all pretty crap, but they weren't as bad as that clip.

Bad Tormy.  Crap occasionally happens with stuff as long as Star Trek.

I haven't seen the first movie, but I have seen II-IV.  II & IV are both pretty good.  III three isn't bad, but I wouldn't say it's good, either.  They do a lot of unnecessary destruction of things from II.

If you die without seeing Star Trek IV, oh boy, you are  missing out big time.

Alternately: The Brick Testament. It's a really fun look at what the bible would look like if interpreted literally. With Legos.

I've been where they shot that. Vasquez Rocks. I've been there a shitload of times, actually. It would be the best place to play hide and seek ever.

Damn, I would totally go to a DF meetup there to play hide and seek.

The majesty of your personal charm spreads throughout the cosmos. Legend will speak of a great CHAMPION OF FIGHT SCENES. Scribes will scrawl His praises. Bards will wail His glories. Poets will bleed their inkwells dry and weep them full again. Men of character will breathe this story their passion; as warrior blows white conch on jagged rock; as paramour puts flushed lip to lover's mouth. Men of spirit aflame, open of shirt and snug of pantaloon; rose-breasted men with swiveling hips, nimble legs and restless hearts; men whose vehemence of temperament fills their throats with melody, their footwork with rhythm. The fiery cluck of learned, genteel men as these will pique the ear with tales of this Champion.

Yeah, it was pretty funny.
