Just let me say this: Pandar's right in that he doesn't have anything to gain by lying, but he also has nothing to LOSE! He can be as much of a jerk as he wants to be, and it doesn't matter one bit to him, because he's already failed his objective. The worst part of it all is that it's all within the rules, he's perfectly allowed to be as much of a lying jerk as he wants to be.
Pandar, you must be laughing hysterically at how your little comment has altered the game, so I guess you managed to gain some amusement out of this after all.
Just to prove that Pandar actually DID promise me to attack a Dopp, this is our correspondence after day 3's lynch:
It looks like this is gonna be a very interesting night Pandar! Hahaha!
God damn it, that's inconvenient.
At least I have a Deadman Bomb.
Just curious, what was your other item?
Shield. The Dopps really did attack me that night.
What alignment are you, by the way? I won't tell, obviously. :I
Town, of course. I'm glad my scheme paid off.
Anyway, can you make one last attack for the town? I have a sneaking suspicion on who else is a dopp.
Name it. :I
Frelock, that is all.
Just one last bit of evidence to prove my townieness: I ordered Archangel to use his snooperbot to follow Webadict. Archangel can attest to this. Why would I do this if I were a dopp?
Pandar will probably never admit this, but he sent me a PM before I blew his cover, revealing Webadict as a town protector, and that he'd be protecting him for the rest of the game. I was very suspicious of this, so after I blew Pandar's fake claim by lynching Cheeetar, I told Webadict to protect me, since Pandar was obviously lying. I then ordered Archangel to follow him to see if he'd do as I told him.
Nuke, please respond, I need you to trust me on this one thing. Please, for the love of god, change your vote to Frelock.
