Wounded dwarves drinking booze

Please forgive me if this is a stupid question, but would it be possible to make it so wounded dwarves can drink booze? Would this also require some editing to allow booze to be carried in buckets?

It's hardcoded, I'm afraid. Maybe in some later version.
