Idea: a network (think peer-to-peer or usenet) that shuffles data around in some way encrypted and impossible to block without blocking all of the net, so that if a site is blocked, some computer in another country without censure will get the data and relay it to you, there would probably need other features as well to fool every possible atrocity governments can commit, this is just a rough outline. Someone should make this.

This would, of course, indeed allow people to access child pornography, but frankly I don't get why there is such a f***king fuss about it. Sure, it's disgusting, but so are a whole lot of things. Sure, MAKING it requires a horrifying atrocity to be vomited, but VIEWING it as far as I know dosn't. As long as they don't pay or support the providers of it, I don't see what the harm is. Finding it on the net might keep them from making their own instead.

I've read that thing, and was thinking abut it when I wrote that.
what I was thinking about here was more an automated client for it combined whit a system for distributing the pads, and a system for automatic requests of specific web pages etc.
