Ok, I can't believe I still remember this game! It was awesome though, seeing the illyriad thread jogged memory of it. Cant seems to remember the name though.

I believe it was client based, not a browser game. The gameplay began like you founded a city, you could build resource stuff, barracks, stables, etc, roads, walls, etc. there were multiple servers and was similar to civilization in a way. Cant remember if it was turn based or not.

Furthermore, the client was pretty much that grayish boxy client reminiscent of early windows. It also had opening that started at night and there were catapults and flaming arrows. The graphics were also all vintage-y 2D, grid based.

Ring any bells??? Man I was terribad at that game, but i loved the shit out of it!

Ok. Would have been pc game about 1990? Ega graphics at best. Top down or isometric action/RPG. Selection of races (but not classes?) With limited melee/ranged options. Fight enemy camps in towns, forests and bridges. Sorry for limited infos good luck!

Single character or party?  Magic?  Inventory system?  Skull / level advancement?

Closer to Ultima, Questron, or Phantasie?

No, none of those. Less RPG, more action. I recall maybe there were tree canopies you could walk under? A largish scrolling battlefield.

It's a space game with randomly generated planets, you just fly around, it had amazing graphics as well.

I'm not sure Noctis qualifies for "amazing graphics". :P Probably Space Engine or Celestia.

2d mining game. If I recall correctly, you were a robot and you ended up building a factory with conveyor belts.
