A Deathmatch style romp. You start with plasma rifles and armor, and you can respawn. The rifles can destroy pretty much anything but windows, since the bolt goes through them. Kinda fun, but only for the 10 minutes it takes for the shuttle to arrive.

Ustxu Iceraped the Frigid Crystal of Slaughter was a glacier titan. It was the only one of its kind. A gigantic feathered carp composed of crystal glass. It has five mouths full of treacherous teeth, enormous clear wings, and ferocious blue eyes. Beware its icy breath! Ustxu was associated with oceans, glaciers, boats, and murder.

Abridged from a wiki article I saw.

Ghetto doorhacking
Find a little used airlock style door.
Use screwdriver on it and pull out wirecutters.
Start cutting wires, stopping when the bolts fall.
Remember which wire caused the bolts to drop.
Go to door you want to get through.
Cut every wire but the one that dropped the bolts.
Crowbar the door open.

Wires have randomized actions every game, but within a match they stay the same through all the doors. So if you can figure out which one powers the bolts, you can cut every other wire and simply crowbar the door open.

How do you open locked windoors. Those blue doors that act like windows and don't fill the square.

you can only disable the windoors, not open them

and i think fixing a hacked door, then trying to hack it again will reset everything. multitool can also swtich bolts, not just turn them off. and its the test light that keeps you from opening with crowbar. so you just need that off and the bolts up.....and Ai off of course.

anyone know how to electrify door manually?

Time tu bump it a bit:

What can I do in Space Station 13 to look like a complete and utter moron?

  • Butchering English language. In this game you need to read somewhat fast, because there is a lot of action. Unfortunately, the text is quite important, so just ignoring some people won't do. Please, don't make us to decrypt your sentences, lacking not only proper punctuation, but even fucking capital letters in the beginning of a sentence. You can make a spelling error from time to time, but for the love of {insert your god here}, "doesn't" is not so hard to write.
  • Misusing Cent Comm Report. It doesn't mean it should be entirely ignored. You can quietly observe the suspect, visit him from time to time "to see if he needs some help", relocate him to work somewhere when you can watch him. There is just one way you can look like a moron - announcing your suspicions. Think about it: would it work in real life? Imagine that you're a manager and you announce to everybody, that Mr. X is a suspected saboteur and other employees should watch him. Then watch your company wriggling desperately in the court. Yeah, Cent Comm doesn't like to pay those millions too.
  • Acting mindlessly as a traitor. You're alone. You have a whole station against you. Usually at least some of them have better weapons than you, better armor and better clearance. So being a traitor doesn't mean going postal and slaughter everyone you meet on the corridor. Don't cut the cables randomly, or destroy windows just for sheer fun. You will be detained or killed in no time. And there is few things so annoying like a traitor detained even before engineers can ignite the engine.
  • Abusing game mechanics. This time I mean constructions - the fact it's so quick to build or dismantle a wall doesn't mean you should treat it like changing the wallpaper in your laptop.
  • Misusing AI. When you decide to reprogram it, don't give it a law which conflics with other three. Or add "Override other laws if necessary." - it can make a difference between AI obeying your orders and AI doing absolutely nothing despite your screams in the radio. And if you're playing as an AI - those laws are really laws, not advices. You can't ignore them, or interpret them in a "creative" way.

Yes, multi-tool pluse which ever wire controls the electrify.

how do you tell which wire controls the electricity?

1. Well that would be nice if we already didnt have the huge problem of not having the time we should to talk. In real life you can talk while doing something, not by becoming blind and inactive in order to talk. And then you have mistakes, capitilization, punctuation, they add more times to the time you are already unrealistically using. And if you miss the ";" you have to retype everything again.

So dont go asking me to risk my guy because you cant read a captialized sentence.

2. I laughed at this, because the admins did just this and now a guy is banned.

3. Agreed, the best thing to do is wait it out and try to accuse others.

4. Also agreed, making a 10 layer wall in 1 minute that takes 5 minutes to break though even with all the tools and welderfuel is dumb.

5. I disagree, freeform means ANYTHING, cleary discribed by the creator. The fault with this is that mess something up and the AI could do something interesting. And as a plus its fun when someone puts laws such as "THE STATION NEEDS MORE CHAIRS AND TABLES!>!$?!!#%%YU^*&! override all other laws for this" lol that was my favorite

im not trying to make enemies im just stating how i think

Experiment!  While wearing black gloves, or you'll end up getting FRIED worse than you could ever imagine.

And that's just not an excuse.  Sorry...  I've seen people talk in fully grammatical, capitalized sentences while I chase them around the station at high speed, and I've done the same while being chased.  Also if you click in the text area, you can move the cursor, so you CAN fix that typo or missing ; if you need to.

Seriously, stuff that's misspelled, typoed all to heck, or ungrammatical just makes me think "Why am I playing with these people again?"

no i mean HOW do you tell? if your wearing gloves (i think only yellow gloves prevent electric shock) the only way to tell if you triggered the elecrticity is if you shock yourself.

and i dont belive you, ive tried running and typing at the same time, not only will it take several times longer then it should but its nearly impossible, whenever i type a letter my guy stops moving

Fine, call me a liar for what your opinion's worth.  It works for me.

And, hmm, I guess I don't actually know how to safely find which wire will shock people after all.

ugh why didnt i think of this before?

pulse every wire, find the ones that conrtol door bolts and test light and AI control, pulse them all again to reset, then pulse all BUT the Ai, test light, and bolts.

Not everyone is good at typing, so I think you should be forgiving on this point. Don't expect people to be correct the entire time, but do not expect them to be wrong the whole time.

To say that people have typed while running from someone perfectly therefore everyone could is a flawed argument because I have seen people ride motorcycles on tightropes and I can't even do those individually let alone together.

Plus I can't fix typos as fast, since I have a mouse pad and never had a good reason to get a mouse as I can navigate faster by keyboard, and all I really play is roguelikes on my laptop so why use a mouse?

I can only agree on you on the point of grammar, but Arabic is my first language and it takes grammar to hell and back so often it joined the frequent fliers program that English is much easier from my prespective.

It was a case of the captain, adding an AI law without overriding, then going batshit crazy because AI didn't want to obey his conflicting orders.

Wait, what? How do you manage to play SS13 without a mouse?

I think he meant he had a touchpad.  Touchpads do in fact suck for, um, everything.  At least they're tiny.

im not risking anything...i meant why should i risk, ingame, my guy getting knocked out (which is usually one hit) typing a message when i cant run?

HELP! I'm being attacked by alex froto!

that took me at least 7 seconds to type......and that was after i redid it a few times because of mistakes. do you know how many things a person could do on ss13 in 7 seconds?

i dont understand what your saying.

and yes i have a touchpad too. the only mouses you can attach are small and inaccurate so im sticking with a touchpad. i have to cross my hands to use it but its gotten comfortable and might even be better then a mouse (except when i touch 2 spots at the same time)
