Probably it will be some kind of sims like game, only instead of managing the life of several sims actively, you passively manage the life of one along a linearly developing story.

Nah.  In some ways it's more active or at least more direct than The Sims, because the fourth wall is specifically absent.  I've seen a few high-art text adventures where you spend most of your time interacting with only one NPC, with a gazillion and a half outcomes.  I'm thinking this could be interesting.

In the context of that kind of adventure game, it could be interesting, but it makes the claims of omg super AI irrelevant.

No, not really.  If it processes natural language and you can hold natural conversations in the context of that game, it's still amazing AI.  If they want you to interact with it with voice, it's hard to hardcode a limited number of conversation trees.

Apperantly one problem Lionhead is having with Milo is that his AI (for lack of a better word) hits criticle mass rather quickly and needs to reset.

They will need to input a selective memory algorithm into him.

I think he is just filled with too much information such as how you move during different emotional states that he goes into a pernament tantrum.

My guess is that it tries to make too many connections between different concepts or memories, and does a bad job of figuring out which ones are important (which, in addition to filling it up, means the quality is low).

And you can have more than one.
Why would you want more than one if they were all ideal and identical?

Yah, it sounds like minecraft with content, you have obviously missed the point, people dont like content, they like different coloured blocks.
Seems to work fine with my copy. As soon as I loaded the human caravan came by and the world burst into fire.
