You know, I'm starting to think Molyneux has a very special purpose in gaming.  He keeps us reaching for the sky.  He promises something that sounds amazing and impossible...five years later, he delivers something that doesn't live up to the promises...but there's always a few people who aren't disillusioned, and when they play Fable, instead say "You know, we actually have the tech to do that now, maybe I should do this right".

He's just a sci-fi writer who sometimes inspires other things that don't suck.  Keep us dreaming, good man.

Its one thing to be ambitious and fail short, and another to be ambitious and then flat-out lie about what you have actually accomplished in some sort of weird ego trip. I have lots of admiration for those that try the hard or "impossible" things, but he betrayed all the goodwill I had a long time ago. As other have said, I'll believe it when I see it.

I never listen to him when he's doing the speech - and I enjoyed pretty much all of his games. I never played fable, tho.

I have decided that the video of the woman playing the game is fake, and she's just acting through it. During the part with the water, she slips up, and her movements don't match with the movements on the screen. There's a apart where her left arm on the screen shoots out before her actual arm does.
