How is it that pigtails are called pigtails when pigs dont exist ???

More like dustbunnies and mothballs... ::)

And in regard to pigtails, who knows? Perhaps pigs exist but can't be around dwarves because two dirt-loving animals aren't compatible? Or maybe they exist, but only in human lands for cultural reasons? Or, what if pigs never existed and "pigtails" is a random coincidence? :-X

Pigs are thought to be extinct in DF, but if the races were to work together and travel to distant lands, they would find more of them.
