Tell the priests to maintain the state of the holy cave while the two dwarfs cut through the mushrooms. Also, appoint the greatest priest as our 'Cave Dweller', who orders the other two priests to follow our orders always.

Tell your followers that you are conjuring up some powerful magic from within the Mysyical Mushroom Forest of Ozymandias. Tell them you want them to build an altar with a statue of you in that little nook next to the door and that you will use your magic powers to make it magical.

Once that's done, you wave your staff around, make "magical" elixirs out of mushrooms, water and bits of dead deer and chant strange sounding words. Everyone drinks the magic elixirs except for you. Wait for whatever horrific monster that is giving off that red glow to show up. Try not to get eaten.

Then tell your single priest he is now the highest rank of Cave God Priests; a 'Cave Dweller'. Also tell him to train the two supposed priests as 'Cavemen' (acolytes) who will perform the basics of maintenance in the cave (cleaning up, providing food, priestly duties etc).
