Modding Adventure Mode Abilities.

Although I'm new to this forum I've got the hang of modding DF and have just modded in a new Greater Demon playable/encounterable race.
My question is does anyone know how to mod in a ranged fireball attack?
I added [FIREBREATH] but I can't use it.
I might also add other species that used natural ranged attacks later(Manticore's that fire spines for example).

Damn... Can I at least mod a Regeneration ability?
I think the trolls are kind of weak without it!

Wow this game is a whole lot less moddable then I first thought!

Well it IS only alpha so I suppose it's not going to be totally moddable just yet...
Do you happen to have any idea what half of the ability tags in the Creature_Standard.txt files do, like [SAVAGE],[MAGICAL],ETC?

Well its been in alpha for a while now.

Anyway YES. MAGICAL for example does crazy shit.

Also, have you checked the wiki? It has most of the tokens:
creatures
entitys
spheres

anyway thats usualy where I look up the meanings of things. But in any case I can probably help if you have any specific questions.

Or you could just, you know, go to the modding forum.  More likely to get useful stuff there, rather than discussion, here.
