The Basement of Incineration
« on: May 29, 2009, 06:13:43 am »

That is the name the RNG just came up with for my Fortress.

The group is named The Torch of Snakes.

So i have The Basement of Incineration run by The Torch of Snakes.

Now i just need a stubby King with a small rectangular mustache.

Elf genocide I see?

(WARNING: Genocide is not funny. It is not politically correct to talk about genocide as if its humour, even if it's a good joke.)

so how many elves do you plan to drop in magma?

You know the old saying. Elves are only good for two things. Dying and porn.

I was about to say none, because they bring useful animals, but then i remembered i'd modded Humans to also bring useful animals (that i can request to boot), so my new answer is all.

I even have sufficient Bauxite to make a nice magma drowning chamber.

No no no, what if you get an EXTRA giant desert scorpion from them? Trade them good stuff for the first two years. If they don't start bringing you animals...drop them. Just remember to grab some sun berry seeds (or seize them).

From Mr. Welch's 1350 things he is not allowed to do in a RPG:
148. There is no Gnomish Deathgrip, and even if there was, it wouldn't involve tongs.
171. My character's dying words are not allowed to be "Hastur, Hastur, Hastur"
218. No matter my alignment, organizing halfling pit fights is a violation.
231. I am not allowed to do anything that would make a Sith Lord cry.
240. Any character with more than three skills specializing in chainsaw is vetoed.

I'm guessing about six million, or all of them, whichever is lower.

Make it literal; have an entire Z-level or two dedicated to dumping things in magma.

A tendon in the skull has been torn!
The Raven has been knocked unconcious!

Elves do it in trees. Humans do it in wooden structures. Dwarves? Dwarves do it underground. With magma.

Nazis did some horribly strange and cruel experiments is the only connection I'm aware of, but this freddy idea sounds awesome anyway.

It is extremely disturbing to note that a lot of our knowledge about the limits of the human body comes from those experiments.  For instance, how long someone can survive in freezing water.

How else do you expect to get that kind of information? We can't conduct experiments due to ethical concerns, so all we can do is wait for somone who doesn't have those ethical concerns to do them for us and then steal his info.
