I'm trying to put 2 and 2 together here. Or 6 and 4. I know I'm at GMT+4. Right now it's 20:30 here. Since the restart is planned for 6PM GMT, it should be at 10PM my time (6+4=10, if my memory doesn't so utterly fail me that I shouldn't theoretically be able to coherently speak). Which is in one and a half hours from now.

Hi there B12ers! :D Hmmm.. am I a B12er? I guess not, as I mostly lurk on the forums... but anyway...

Just to bring your attention to my new thread on the H&H forums at:

http://www.havenandhearth.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1798

I know you guys will be wanting to start up a B12 base somewhere out in the wilderness, probably with nice mine  ;), but to begin with, you will all need to be getting yourself kitted out again yes? So, how about helping me out a while in setting up a central trade hub/newbie friendly city of Brodgar near the RoB. I am thinking of locating it just a bit to the north. Work begins in a few hours.

I think I realized what is causing the confusion: the summer savings time adjustment. UTC and GMT seem to differ by one hour in summer because of that.

That explains it. I couldn't figure out why UTC (which was what was originally listed) wasn't in sync with GMT (which is supposedly the same).

At the risk of repeating myself for the umpteenth time, we'll be coordinating at channel DFHH on Quakenet.

And Yolan: Our current plan is to set up a 'base camp' which will probably be in a fairly defensible (and likely long-term unfavorable) position. While I applaud the effort, I don't intend to take part in it. The others might or might not.

The table linked in the post at H&H forums has Moscow's time listed as 22.00, adjusted for DST. Thing is, we don't have DST in effect right now, at least I don't think we do. Which still puts the target time as 22.00 for me. Well, we'll know which it is in half an hour.

Remember who is scouting where everyone. I've got the southwest. We all need to party up and take screenshots. After maybe 20 minutes of preliminary, every post your screenies of the best site you've found (try to find out soil and water quality!). If we have a clear winner, that spot becomes base camp. After that we continue scouting. If we can't find anything better, then that spot becomes the town.

I still propose we focus east. I will be going east, in any case.

Ragnarok is about to happen, so this is basically the best time to sign up I guess, you'll see the beginning of a new world. There should be tons of people to give you advice once the new beginning comes.
