Making baskets and fires from the branches on trees should help you in the beginning for getting the skills you need.

Edit: I just reached Bottleneck after getting attack repeatedly by a boar.  I have to say this is a really nice town compared to what I saw when coming here.  So where should I put my hearth just in case the server crashes again so I don't have to try to find my way back here?

You can plop you hearth down near the village idol. Just make sure it doesn't obstruct cart travel.

Anyway, I'm (obviously) online right now, so if there's anyone online that needs swearing in, post here.

Alright, I put my hearth next to a ridge a little south of the town.  I'll be on in a few minutes if I am not on yet.

Edit: Is there supposed to be a gate for the house a little south of the bulletin board?  If there is supposed to be one, I think someone destroyed it.

Anfold - The problem is you have to accept it, and I'm pretty sure it times out if the guy who tries to invite you disconnects or not. (At least, I'm pretty sure the kin list works that way). It'd probably work if they were still on when you got back, but that doesn't exactly help.

I need some cast iron. My tradeable goods are summing up to little more than 20 l of beer. So, I'd think 2 bars of cast are fine, or 3 if you want the barrel too. Who would trade?

Hmm, I lost all my moth eggs due to a recent crash. I'd like to buy some, hopefully atleast 14 of them. Anyone want to trade, for wrought maybe? (not sure about the price, we can figure it out)

Polt - I've got a crapton of moth eggs that are irritating the crap out of me eating up space. I'll gladly trade for deer meat or carrot cakes.

Also, as this seems to be coming up surprisingly often, I, Owen Quillion, do not have any sort of game-backed authority in Bottleneck. The only people who will be able to invite new people are Goran (Ognjen Goranav in game, DJ here, Potjeh on the H&H forums) and Hamel (same across, well, everything). Speaking of, you guys apparently have quite the backlog. Which I imagine you were aware of.

Owen Quillion, does however, have charm with the ladies, and massive amounts of clout. His house sits upon the only in-game mountain, and it's made of his clout and charm (tiny mountain).

1- So the Grey boulders you can move have a limited amount of stone you can chip off... How much is that...
2- Who took the Cart load of Stone Shards from out the front of my Home???
