From my experience, ducking into cabins doesn't help.  They wait for you.

Well, I mean, when you log out, you don't log back in where you left off; you log in by your hearth fire.  Presumably your hearth fire is somewhere safe :P

Okay I was tanning some leather at Bottleneck.

Who the hell stole it all? Its not MAJOR, but filling those tubs with water is a pain in the ass for fucks sake.

Aside from the loss of a chest of items that only existed because a server rollback cloned it, Dwarf Hill has had nothing stolen. And, Claysire is the only group even aware of our location.

Nevermind guys. I found out that it was the crash that got my tanning shit.

I took the leather I thought I had lost out of the stock pile, but don't go getting angry at me yet.

I have some leather to tan still, lots of it, and its enough to replace all the leather I took, so I'll put that leather back towards the stockpile once its done tanning.

So no serious loss, besides time.

great....everyhtign i made is gone now....wtf is with this things like this is what make games undesirable....why did my kiln and my baskets and stuff disappear?

it also seems that i lost a ton of learning points...

The crash rolls back to the last hours save.  It doesn't crash often anymore.  Also, to spawn where your spot is, build a Hearth Fire there.

Oh, and as it turns out, we need some more buckets. For the tanning area...
