By harvesting wheat, I believe.

I think Im about to get the dubious honor of first true death..
I was attacked by a fox in a swamp.  He knocked me out, waited, and knocked me out again.  The leeches are feasting...I cant wake up...
ALL that GRINDING!

No, that honor is already taken by someone on the forums there.  The first B12 death is also taken by someone already.

As for leeches, they ARE useful for healing your hard HP.  The second number in your HP, that is.  The first is soft HP, the third is max.  Your soft HP is limited by your hard HP, and if you lose it all, you get knocked out.  Your hard HP is limited by your max HP, and if you lose it all, you DIE.  Your max HP is determined by your constitution, and I heard someone say strength too, but I'm not sure about that.

Seems like I'm going to cross another swamp. My beautiful HP point will be back soon!

EDIT: Hey, I saw a masked dude with a cape travel east. Anyone knows who's that?

That is a NPC - a bandit, I have not been attacked by one so far..

I should probably wait before crossing that swamp...

The bandits don't seem to have their attack script implemented yet.

AND AGAIN... While I was waiting for my HP to go back up...

I found a tree, I'll spam campfires while my HP goes up.

Ahahah, the damned fox tried to attack me again, but he's stuck in the tree.

Annnd, mauled again.

Arghhh, the fox again. I don't have enough HP to cross the swamp yet, sooo...
Hey, I stuck him in a tree again. Now I won't move 'till the HP goes back up, and make a run for the swamp. Hopefully he doesn't follow me there...

And now I'm stuck in combat mode with a question mark. Great.

After getting mauled again three times, I'm at the B12 Colony! Woo! Now, to set up a hearth fire somewhere...

Just as well.  They all got bloated and I staggered out of the swamp with 4 hard hp to spare and pulled them off.  Bottleneck now has a large stockpile of them.  heh.  I do not recommend trying to escape from foxes by running through  a swamp, tho.

Its amazing whats happening down there.  The mine is up; im coming back.  I put 2 sheepskin and 4 cowskins on the drying racks, so we should be increaseing our leather output soon.

I used some leather from the stockpile to make a backpack;  it makes it easier to haul all the skin, guts and meat from a cow (14 spaces! and i need room for my arrows!)  hope no one minds.  Its for the greater glory of the outpost.

Hey, streamlining production is what the stockpile is for.

Anyway, I dropped a lot of butter there and there's also a nice amount of flour, so if someone feels like grinding on baking go for it. The stockpile could use more prepared food. I'd do it myself, but I'm on a quest to find grape vine seeds.
