I'm going to wait an hour or two before I start playing, the server is a laggy mess and updating my client will take forever right now.

As I wont be playing for a few days I think I'll leave updating the client until then too. It started at 2 minutes counted down a few seconds then started counting up and is now at 18:18 :-\.

Wow. It takes forever for the website to load. Does it take hours for the site to load for everyone else?

It's all laggy in-game. I just followed a major river. I'm currently making an inn near where the river forks.

If you find me/it, you're welcome to help yourself to anything there.

Is no real point. Basically, the game is about what you want to achieve.

Help build a town, survive out in the wild, become a corporate giant, etc.

You can become a thieving rogue, bent on taking away the only precious jewels a town has left, Become a murderous general, leading small squadrons to terrify towns, Be a helpful vigilante who takes bounties after criminals, etc.
